EDITING Experience
For the documentaries and corporate pieces he produces he usually does his own editng, but it wasn't always like that. In the eighties he owned a JVC 3/4" machine-to-machine editing system. It chewed tape, wasn't frame accurate, it drove him crazy. He sold it, bought a BetacamSP camera, and concentrated on shooting. In 1996, to broaden his services, he purchased an Avid editing system. This he liked, closer to his experience of using a Steenbeck. He likes the variety of shooting but enjoys especially on cold snowy days the creativity and craftmanship of editing. See the Adobe Software Experience page more about his background in post production.
